Then I decided to Google the fixture brand and model to look for a diagram or instructions. This is what I found. Once I finally deciphered it, I realized you had to PULL THE SPOUT OF THE BATHTUB FAUCET DOWN to switch it to the shower function. And that's the story of how I started cutting myself.
